Public registration evidence

Opt-in evidence

Development evidence, not a live enrollment form.

VOX is preparing its texting program. These examples show the intended consent journey; they are not collected recipient consent, a working whitelist or proof of a sent message.

Recipients will independently open the VOX page, review the actual sender, named subject, rates, frequency, STOP/HELP, Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, then choose SMS and optional MMS separately. No unsolicited VOX text will be used to solicit agreement.

The recipient will send the exact, transaction-bound written affirmation from their own number. Only a validated, durably saved agreement can establish whitelist eligibility. A page click alone cannot do so. STOP withdraws texts; START alone cannot reopen VOX.

View the complete agreement form demonstration and post-preparation demonstration. The screenshots below preserve those two development states with fictional data.

Consent form

Development form: complete disclosure, separate unchecked SMS/MMS choices, disabled preparation button.

After preparation

Development next screen: recipient-originated agreement, unusable example token, no confirmed enrollment.
