VOX SMS Terms

Prelaunch notice: These terms describe the planned VOX messaging program. Enrollment is not open. The development demonstration does not send texts, save a written agreement or make a number eligible for messages.
Program and sender
VOX is a program for low-volume, multi-part coordination, operated by Rexmechanica Company LLC. The planned service uses disclosed AI assistance for authorized coordination. The program number is +1 808-500-7337. The program covers two-way SMS and, only where separately selected, MMS concerning the named coordination subject: information requests, confirmations, task updates and follow-ups. It does not cover bulk marketing, unsolicited prospecting or unrelated subjects.
Voluntary written agreement
Texting is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, getting help or viewing this website. SMS consent and optional MMS consent are separate selections, both unchecked by default. Agreement to these terms or the privacy policy does not itself enroll you.
In the planned enrollment flow, you will see the sender, destination number, named subject, selected channels and disclosures, then send the prepared written statement yourself from the number you control. A page click or prepared draft is not enrollment. VOX will require a valid, current written agreement tied to that number, subject and channel before ordinary texting can begin. You must be entitled to use the number you provide. If it changes ownership or reaches the wrong person, tell us so we can pause its eligibility.
Texting permission does not authorize unrelated subjects, another sender, voice calls or recording/transcription of calls. A change to the agreed messaging scope requires a new eligible written agreement.
Frequency, charges and delivery
Messages may recur while an agreed task is active. Message frequency varies with your requests and the coordination involved. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s plan governs those charges. We do not guarantee delivery or a response time. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. VOX is not an emergency service; use the appropriate emergency service for urgent assistance.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to opt out of VOX messages. VOX’s planned stop rule also pauses further VOX outreach by call. A carrier-managed control reply may confirm its own block; that is separate from an ordinary task message. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@keawe.net for program, privacy or correction questions without agreeing to texts. Please do not include sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
START or UNSTOP alone will not enroll you or reopen VOX permission. After withdrawal, texting will require a new written agreement and the VOX operator’s reopening approval. Viewing the site or asking for help will not restart outreach.
Privacy and updates
Read our Privacy policy for planned data uses, mobile-information protections, application limits and launch disclosures still to be finalized. Messaging permission cannot be sold or transferred to another program or sender. We will publish material changes here before applying them to new enrollment or affected processing. These terms do not announce campaign approval or activate the service.
