Current service status
VOX is a program for low-volume, multi-part coordination, operated by Rexmechanica Company LLC. It supports information requests, confirmations, task updates and follow-ups through two-way SMS and separately selected MMS. This website presents our planned messaging program and a development demonstration of its written opt-in flow. Enrollment is not open. The demonstration does not enroll you or send a message.
This notice covers this website and the VOX messaging program. Before real enrollment opens, we will update it with the final program storage, provider and support details described below.
This website
The development demonstration is a static page with disabled controls. Its fictional sample number, subject and consent choices are not submitted to VOX, saved as an agreement or used to create a contact list. It does not accept private information.
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host and deliver this website. Hosting and security providers process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser headers and requested pages under their provider practices. Cloudflare may set a necessary security cookie for bot protection; this is separate from VOX’s application storage. VOX does not add advertising trackers, analytics services, third-party embeds or browser storage to this demonstration.
If you email us, your address and inquiry are processed through our email service to answer your request. The demonstration does not transmit an email automatically. Email and any forwarded copies are separate from VOX’s application storage; its message-deletion limits do not promise deletion of mailbox copies. Please send only what is necessary for your question.
The planned messaging program
After launch, VOX will collect only information needed for the coordination you have agreed to: your mobile number, the named subject and selected SMS/MMS scope, your written agreement and withdrawal history, the messages and media you exchange, delivery information, and relevant task or support facts. We will use this information to verify permission, maintain the eligible-recipient list, coordinate authorized tasks, honor STOP and privacy requests, and prevent abuse. Your permission will apply to VOX and the agreed subject and channels; it will not authorize unrelated messages or call recording.
Message frequency varies with the agreed coordination. Message and data rates may apply.
Twilio and mobile carriers will transport messages. Cloudflare will host VOX and its records. Where needed for the authorized task, OpenAI will process a limited selection of message content and task facts. VOX will not give models its bulk recipient list or archived written-agreement records. Final provider controls and residual retention must be disclosed and accepted before those processing paths open.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile numbers or messaging permission. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. We do not sell, rent or transfer consent to another sender. Necessary service providers may process limited information on our behalf; that does not give them permission to market to you or transfer your consent to another sender.
Keeping information
The adopted VOX application limits are 30 days from creation for each message and attachment, and the duration of an open task or support case plus 90 days after closure for deliberately selected minimal facts and outcome records. A later message will not restart an older message’s clock.
Written-agreement evidence and minimal stop records have a separate lifecycle so normal message cleanup cannot erase your STOP instruction or turn a withdrawn agreement into permission. Their final retention schedule will be published before real enrollment. Provider security, compliance and recoverable copies are separate from VOX’s application deletion; we do not promise that deleting a VOX record immediately erases every provider or recipient copy.
Your choices and questions
You can leave this demonstration without agreeing. When the messaging program opens, reply STOP to opt out and reply HELP for assistance. START alone will not enroll you or reopen withdrawn permission. You may ask to access, correct or delete your relevant VOX information without agreeing to texts. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing a record, and necessary compliance or stop records may have a separately explained exception.
